  1. Estimated volume per keyword/target

    Knowing how much volume is available for each InText keyword and Pops target would provide valuable insight for placing optimal bids.

  2. Demographic targeting

    Demographic targeting helps me reach specific users within a particular age range, gender, parental status, household income, etc. For example, if I'm running a campaign that sells women's clothing, I can use demographic targeting to only show my ad to women.

  4. Edit campaign settings in bulk

    Being able to update settings for multiple campaigns at once makes optimizing at the campaign level more efficient for advertisers running many campaigns at once.

    For example, I may be running the same offer in several campaigns to test different groups of targets. Or I may be running the same offer in different geos with different minimum bids, and each tier of geos has its own campaign. If, for example, I notice that certain Platform & Device targets do not convert well on this offer, across each campaign I'm running it in, I could quickly exclude those Platform & Device…

  5. Negative keyword targets on Pops

    In addition to negative domain targets, negative keywords can be used to filter out low-converting keywords on Pops.

    For example, if I want to target URLs containing "car" but not URLs containing "car insurance", I can add "car" as a keyword target and "insurance" as a negative keyword.

  6. Custom maximum impressions or clicks per keyword/target

    The ability to apply an impression or click cap to individual InText keywords and Pops targets to prevent overspending on new keywords/targets being tested.

  8. Bid rank

    Having more insight into where my bids rank compared to other advertisers' bids helps me know how much I need to bid to get the volume I need. Ideally, this information would be surfaced when entering keywords/targets so I can place optimal bids from the start. Up-to-date bid ranks should also be shown for existing keywords/targets to make it easier to optimize bids on an ongoing basis.

  10. Direct Navigation ad campaigns

    Direct Navigation (also called Zero-Click or Domain Redirect) campaigns target expired domains, misspelled domains, and other types of parked domains that would otherwise show blank pages, providing an effective way of reaching intent-driven audiences. Because Direct Navigation campaigns redirect to my page without the user having to click an ad, they typically correlate with higher engagement and conversion rates.

    Native ads blend in with other content on the site a user is browsing, making users more likely to click the ad or share it with friends. Users are more receptive to Native ads than other ad formats because they present valuable content without disrupting the user experience. By marketing my offer as a Native ad campaign, I can present branded content that instills trust, which fosters brand loyalty.

  12. Tag keywords or targets within a campaign

    Allowing advertisers to apply their own tags to groups of InText keywords or Pops targets makes it easier to manage bids, especially for campaigns with a large number of keywords/targets.

    For example, I may want to tag my targets by "date added". If I notice a downward or upward trend in ROI, I can see which targets I added on the date the trend started, letting me easily identify which of them contributed to the trend. From there, I can increase bids on the high-performing targets or pause the targets that are underperforming.

  13. Interstitial ad formats

    Interstitial ads, which load my page in a modal on top of the page a user is browsing, are high-impact ads that don't require the user to click. Interstitials are larger than most banner ads, which not only makes it easier to grab users' attention, but also provides more space for my ad content.

  14. Display ad campaigns

    With Display ads, I can present visually appealing creatives in prime locations. Because Display ads are typically CPC, I only pay when a user clicks my ad. Even when a user does not click, Display ads increase brand awareness by maximizing exposure. Display ads also offer more opportunities to A/B test criteria like ad size, location, and creative content, making it easier to optimize for higher click rates.

    Presenting my ad on search engine results pages (SERPs) increases intent-driven traffic. By targeting specific search queries, I can reach users searching for my product, my competitors' products, or a solution to a problem that my offer can remedy. I can also more effectively target my audience based on related interests. For example, if I'm selling swimsuits, I can target users searching for cruise packages.

    I like Bing's Automation Rule feature (Refer to here for more details: https://help.bingads.microsoft.com/#apex/3/en/51131/1/en-US/#ext:Campaigns_Load ). If your platform can introduce something like this that will be great!

  18. More insight into channel traffic

    To more efficiently determine the most appropriate channels to test on each unique campaign, it would be helpful to see more details about each channel's traffic, like how the channel acquires their users and how the ads are shown to those users as they browse websites being targeted by RTX Platform advertisers.
